VIP Client Services - Arabic or Hindi Speaking

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen with a leading exclusive, luxury hospitality business in the heart of the gorgeous West End. We are seeking a VIP Client Services individual to provide support to VIPs and HNWI clients, ensuring their visits to London are seamless. You must be fluent in English as well as either Arabic or Hindi, with a passion for providing first-class service.

What you will do:

No two days will be the same in this role - it is a dynamic, ever-changing environment that is highly rewarding and multi-faceted in nature.

Your responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:

• Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing customers
• Collaborate with all departments to enhance the customer experience
• Reactivate lapsed customers and engage high-value clients
• Organise customer-focused events
• Provide leadership and support to the Customer Relations Hosts
• Conduct regular reporting and analysis of performance and activities

Who you are:

• With 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a high-end environment; e.g. members clubs, luxury hotels, casinos, 5* hospitality venues
• Experience working with VIP and / or High Net Worth Individuals
• You must have the ability to speak and write fluently in either Arabic or Hindi in addition to English
• A flexible attitude to working hours, with the ability to travel as required
