We are seeking an experienced VIP Desktop Support Engineer to join a premium executive support function within a large enterprise environment.

You will provide white-glove IT support to senior executives and front-office users, delivering a highly responsive and professional service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide VIP / executive support via remote, telephone and face-to-face deskside support.
Support Managing Directors, senior executives and front-office users.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly, prioritising according to business impact.
Support remote and hybrid working technologies.
Assist with the deployment of new applications, devices and hardware.
Maintain excellent communication and customer service when supporting senior stakeholders.
Essential Requirements

Proven experience working in VIP support, Executive Support, Service Desk or similar
Must have experience working within financial services, ideally in the past 3 years'
Experience providing VIP / white-glove support, ideally within front-office or trading floor environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The tech stack covers the following: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook/Exchange, iOS, macOS, Citrix/VDI, Intune/Autopilot, Teams/Zoom, or Bloomberg/Refinitiv/Eikon.ECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
