Location: Nantwich (Hybrid, 1 day office based, 4 remote)
We are looking for a Virtual Account Manager to support the Stellantis project team, you will be accountable for the management of customers and new business opportunities to increase sales, customer satisfaction and grow client market share. You will have a strong sales performance background and ideally within the automotive industry with the ability to deliver agreed targets

What will you do?
Building and managing a sales / prospect database of fleet purchasers and maintaining relationships with fleet decision makers through regular, targeted contact
Contacting companies and having in-depth conversations about their fleets
Introducing Stellantis brands and giving them information likely to influence their decisions
Responding to enquiries and questions, overall giving the fleet professional a premium experience to mirror the brand.
Identify new business opportunities to fit with project remit
Provide accurate quotes to customer or prospects
Manage a database of records using applicable tools (CRM, MS Excel)
Excellent sales, negotiation, listening and closing skills
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when dealing with financial information / data
Strong communication skills, both orally and written
A strong sense of personal accountability; you should take ownership of issues and work hard to deliver your sales target with a disciplined approach to work
