The role

As a Visual Commercial, you bring Bershka to life on the shopfloor — creating bold, trend-led presentations that inspire customers and drive sales. This role blends creativity with commercial insight: you’ll use performance data and commercial reports to decide what to highlight, where to place it, and how to keep the store looking fresh and easy to shop.

You’ll react quickly to trade, newness and trends, executing strong visuals at pace while keeping standards consistently high.

What you’ll do

• Create and maintain on-brand visual presentations that showcase newness, key trends and best sellers

• Style mannequins and build looks that drive customer engagement and outfit building

• Analyse commercial reports and sales/product data to set visual priorities and actions

• React quickly to trade and customer behaviour, updating displays to maximise performance

• Maintain high VM standards across fixtures, layouts, signing and overall store presentation

• Plan and execute floor moves with the management team in line with brand guidelines

• Support delivery flow and high-volume product movement to keep the shopfloor commercial and easy to shop

• Share product and styling knowledge with the team to support confident customer service

• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
