Our services include a spectrum of management, consulting, and systems integration services to help our clients maximize value in their infrastructure resources, while optimizing infrastructure performance and cost.Roles & Responsibilities:Reliability of VDI Access Stability of VDI PerformanceProactively addressing problems in VDI environmentIncrease user satisfaction with VDI Platform Introduce new features and enhancements to user experience on the VDI platform.Manage and maintain the Virtual Desktop, Remote Connectivity and Application Virtualization platforms (VDI Platform) Build and update virtual images Identify and implement optimization and enhancements.Manage and maintain the monitoring platforms Identify persistent problems and work with wider teams to resolve issues.VDI Platform support, provide Desktop Support and Provide training and guidance on best practices.Create and maintain time-saving automation jobs for support teams Aid in the migration of high-profile business partners to the VDI platform.Ensure all issues are logged appropriately and escalated as necessary using the Incident and Problem management process.Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date this progress on open issues, and follow-up on all open and pending issues.Escalate issues to the wider support teams, vendors and team leads as necessary.
