VNA & MHE Drivers – Kettering / Burton Latimer

Pay: £14.06 – £15.71 per hour (depending on shift)

Shifts: 6–2 / 2–10 (fixed or rotating)

Nights: 10pm–6am (Mon night start - Sat morning finish)

Start: Inductions this week | Roles commence next week | START ASAP

Contract: Ongoing until Christmas

🔍 Role Overview

Fox Resourcing are recruiting experienced VNA & MHE Drivers for our client based in Kettering / Burton Latimer. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work through peak season, with the chance of a permanent role for the right candidates.

You’ll be operating VNA/MHE equipment within a busy warehouse environment, supporting stock movement, replenishment, and general warehouse duties.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Operate VNA trucks and MHE equipment safely and efficiently

* Support stock put‑away, replenishment, and pallet movements

* Work within fast‑paced warehouse operations

* Follow all site safety rules and procedures

* Complete tasks accurately to maintain stock integrity

* Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

🧰 Requirements

* Accredited FLT licence – RTITB preferred

* Previous VNA/MHE experience

* Good understanding of warehouse processes

* Ability to work fixed or rotating shifts

* Reliability and strong work ethic

* In‑house refresh available if required

⏰ Shifts Available

* 6am–2pm

* 2pm–10pm

* Rotating 6–2 / 2–10

* Nights: 10pm–6am (Mon–Fri)

💷 Pay Rates

* £14.06 – £15.71 per hour (depending on shift)
