VNA Driver

Location: Runcorn

Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 12-hour shifts. 2x AM & 2x PM 

Day Shift: 6am–6pm. £13.49 PH.

Night Shift: 6pm–6am. £14 PH.

VNA & Warehouse Duties

Safely operate a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck within a busy warehouse environment.
Move, lift and stack pallets and stock within designated warehouse locations.
Pick and put away stock from various warehouse locations and storage levels.
Replenish stock and transport goods around the warehouse.
Load and unload goods where required.
Ensure stock is handled accurately and stored correctly.
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures and safe operating practices.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse environment.
Valid and in-date VNA licence essential.
Confident operating machinery and handling stock at height.
Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
Ability to commit to a rotating 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
Previous experience within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment would be a strong advantage.

The ideal candidates will have previous VNA experience, a valid licence and the ability to work accurately and efficiently while supporting the wider warehouse operations.
