VNA Drivers- Permanent Contracts – Join Arvato at Our Brand-New Wellingborough Site

Location: Wellingborough

Salary/ Hours:

* 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 (Rotating Shifts): £31,430 per annum

* 22:00–06:00 (Night Shift): £39,291 per annum

We’re looking for experienced VNA Drivers to join our team at Arvato’s brand-new Wellingborough distribution site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new operation from the beginning, working in a modern warehouse with a supportive team and excellent career development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

* Operating VNA trucks safely and efficiently within the warehouse.

* Picking, storing and replenishing stock to meet customer requirements.

* Loading and unloading goods where required.

* Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

* Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any defects.

* Working safely in line with company procedures and health & safety standards.

* Supporting the wider warehouse operation when needed.

What we’re looking for:

* A valid, in-date VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).

* Previous experience operating VNA trucks in a busy warehouse environment.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

* A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Flexibility, reliability and a strong work ethic.
