We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. \n\n\n## \n\nWhat you\u2019ll do \n \nAs part of the Change Management team, you\u2019ll operate within an ITIL\u2011aligned framework, using standardised processes to manage technology change efficiently and effectively. Your work will help minimise change\u2011related incidents, protect service quality, and support the smooth day\u2011to\u2011day operation of VodafoneThree and our customers. \n \nYou\u2019ll take ownership of the governance of the Change Management process, ensuring all technical changes are thoroughly reviewed, assessed, communicated and accurately closed in line with agreed service level agreements. \n \nYou\u2019ll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement across change planning and deployment, using defined KPIs to maintain platform stability and deliver a reliable experience for VodafoneThree and its customers. \n \nPlease note that this role requires the successful candidate to be eligible for security clearance. \n \n \n \nWho you are \n \n\n\n * ITIL v4 Foundation certificate or similar knowledge \n * Understanding of Change Management methodology \u0026 principles (ITIL or similar) \n * Organised and delivery focused, strong planning skills, effective time-management \n * Ability to operate within a team and under your own initiative \n * Knowledge of mobile and fixed line telecoms advantageous \n * Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, through strong communication \n * Be able to translate complex issues and information into simple, key messages and actions \n * Ability to interpret, analyse and present appropriate data to all organisational levels \n * To attain enhanced security clearance where the classification of data you are handling or Customer you are working with requires it \n\n\n\n \n \nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly? \nWe know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them.
