Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday Working alongside experienced Commercial Managers you will obtain first-hand experience of in-life contract management, both supplier and customer focused. In-life commercial management - Supporting the Commercial Managers with administrative duties related to contractual obligations. Commercial modelling - business case and pricing to ensure profitability of new contracts and any applicable contract variations. Drafting of schedules contained in contracts and variations, in collaboration with commercial managers, legal and account team. Preparation and provision of regular customer facing reports. Assistance with total project forecasting in collaboration with programme and finance colleagues, to ensure project cost control vs business case expectations. Previous experience working in a commercial-focused role- Essential Commercial experience in the Defence sector- Essential Experience in Commercial Modeling - Essential Clear verbal and written communication and able to review contracts and commercial agreements- Essential A high degree of attention to detail Numerical and analytical skills Ability to influence and stakeholder (external and internal facing) Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)- Essential
