We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. \n\n## \n\nWhat you\u2019ll do \n\n\n \nWorking in a team of like-minded and highly skilled Network Engineers, the primary focus for this role is installation \u0026 delivery of reliable LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions using a wide range of products from data vendors including: Cisco and Vodafone for one of Vodafone\u2019s largest Enterprise and Global customers. Duties include:\n\n * Ability to act as on-site technical support for Vodafone LAN/WAN/Wifi technologies and as a point of contact for customer Hands-on build activity to stage, commission and install new network equipment.\n * On-site installation and maintenance\n * Incident Management (Technology and Solution based).\n * Root Cause analysis for major incidents and escalated faults Ensure all work is risk-assessed with the production and maintenance of H\u0026S Compliant documentation (RAMs and Point of Works Risk Assessment).\n * Production of customer site and solution network documentation.\n * Monitor progress of activities within each project; providing regular updates to Leads, management and key stakeholders.\n * Provides 1st/ 2nd line support to resolve user faults and carry out changes on the networks. \n\n\n\nWho you are \n\n * Extensive field experience including cabling and installation of networking equipment.- Essential \n * Experience working with (configuring and implementing) predominantly Cisco LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions in an enterprise environment- Essential \n * Ability to develop strong customer relationships as well as functioning in a team environment- Essential \n * Knowledge of and exposure to multi-technology Solutions.\n * A broad understanding of the other technologies these solutions are dependent on.\n * Ability to achieve and maintain high level Security Clearance (SC)A\n\n\n\n## \n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?\n\n \nWe know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them.
