As part of a once\u2011in\u2011a\u2011generation transformation, you\u2019ll help shape how Finance testing underpins the creation of the UK\u2019s largest mobile network. You won\u2019t just deliver testing\u2014you\u2019ll set the standard for how Finance protects integrity, compliance and customer trust during change. \n \nIn this role, you\u2019ll:\n\n * Lead and coordinate end\u2011to\u2011end Finance testing across major transformation and integration programmes, acting as the central point of accountability\n * Partner closely with Finance Business Analysts, Change Leads and Subject Matter Experts to ensure clear traceability from requirements through to testing outcomes\n * Define and drive a strategic Finance testing roadmap, continuously improving how testing is planned, executed and reported\n * Own testing governance by managing test plans, RAID logs, escalations and defect resolution, ensuring issues are visible and addressed early\n * Provide clear, confident test progress and readiness reporting to senior stakeholders, supporting Go/No\u2011Go decisions with confidence\n * Coordinate testing activity across multiple releases and business functions, working with IT test teams and Customer Journey Testing\n * Safeguard Finance by supporting auditability and compliance testing, including data privacy, billing accuracy and regulatory standards\n * Gain broad exposure across Vodafone Finance (EBU and CBU), contributing directly to some of the most significant programmes in the organisation\n\n\n\n## \n\nWho you are \n \n\n\n * You\u2019ll bring experience leading testing or UAT at enterprise scale, ideally within Finance or complex enterprise systems\n * You\u2019ll have a strong understanding of finance operations, accounting workflows and billing assurance\n * You\u2019ll be confident in test planning, risk\u2011based testing, traceability and coverage reporting\n * You\u2019ll know how to drive defect management and communicate clearly across multiple teams and stakeholders\n * You\u2019ll be comfortable engaging with senior leaders, explaining risks, progress and decisions in a clear, pragmatic way\n * You\u2019ll thrive in a fast\u2011moving environment, able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure\n * You\u2019ll have experience coordinating testing across multiple releases or distributed programmes\n * You\u2019ll bring a proactive, continuous\u2011improvement mindset, always looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working\n * You may hold an ISTQB or equivalent certification (great if you do, but not essential)\n\n\n\n \n \nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly? \nWe know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them.
