This is a broad, HR generalist role, where you will lead on HR delivery across reward, talent \u0026 development, employee relations, culture \u0026 engagement, diversity \u0026 inclusion initiatives. This is a stakeholder focussed role, where you will provide guidance to managers while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders. \n \n\n\n * Supporting delivery of the functional people plans aligned to the broader People agenda. \n * Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions. \n * Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting across \n * Support employee relations cases and TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity. \n * Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact. \n * Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation. \n * Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks. \n * Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives.\n\n\n\n## \n\nWho you are \n \n\n\n * A self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage own time and take initiative is required\n * The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering to a high standard is required\n * Ability to manage senior stakeholders, with prior experience of managing a variety of stakeholder groups is required\n * Prior experience operating within a HR generalist role is required\n * Understanding of relevant employment-related regulations, legislation and practices is required\n\n\n\n \n \nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly? \nWe know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them.
