Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday This will require understanding and appreciation of the integration plans of all commercial areas to facilitate allocation keys to ensure correct recharging. This role requires interaction with all areas of the business - working closely with legal and tax integration leads to align on approach and ensure relevant legal agreements are in place to support recharging. This will require understanding of all areas of the P\u0026L to ensure that mechanisms for cross charging can be facilitated and incorporated into business as usual processes to achieve the end result. Managing the relationship and activities within the offshore Interco team, and Three finance teams to drive accurate accounting and reduced risk. Key point of contact for the ICO team offshore for recharging of integration activities. Point of contact for finance for integration activities driven by the business to ensure tax transfer pricing is achieved. Reviewing and signing off new ICO processes to ensure right first time Finance representative within the corporate structuring integration team along with tax and legal representatives. Working across the different Business functions to ensure speedy resolution to fast paced integration activities. Responsible for understanding integration activities and how to achieve correct recharging at an arm\u0027s length basis. Key contact for auditors on Group recharge model to ensure fair allocation of costs between legal entities.
