VodafoneThree - IP Network Analyst

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday IP Network Analyst role working as part of a team to build and support a range of managed connectivity services across multiple customers. Build secure customer IP networks spanning managed WAN, LAN, routing, switching, network security and encryption services Create customer design documentation, equipment configurations and technical as built documentation Perform type approval testing of new network hardware \u0026 software Provide technical support to customers and internal operations team; troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network issues Experience in the support and delivery of network solutions involving routing, switching and network security products Solid understanding of a variety of IP network and routing protocols Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to fault resolution Desirable (but not essential) to have knowledge and working experience of Cisco and/or Juniper firewall products Eligible for DV Clearance
