As our Loan \u0026 Payments Product Lead, you will own the vision, strategy, and evolution of our enterprise Loan Management Platform, ensuring it delivers seamless, compliant, and high performing experiences. You\u0027ll act as the organisation\u0027s authority on lending and payment capabilities, connecting product, technology, finance, risk, and operations to create a platform that is robust today and ready for tomorrow. This is a role for someone who wants to lead with impact, influence at scale, and help set a new standard for customer and employee experience across the industry. Lead the vision, roadmap, and evolution of our enterprise Loan Management Platform, ensuring it remains stable, compliant, and future ready. Translate business strategy into a clear platform direction and prioritised backlog that elevates customer experience, financial accuracy, and operational performance. Oversee the full lifecycle of loan and payment capabilities\u2014from requirements and design standards to controls, documentation, and in life optimisation. Act as a key strategic partner across Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Billing, and Digital to drive aligned, high quality delivery. Define and govern platform rules, workflows, and logic to ensure accuracy, auditability, and regulatory confidence. Analyse platform behaviour, data flows, and operational processes to uncover root causes, resolve defects, and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead workflow and control redesign to increase automation, reduce manual effort, and strengthen financial control capability. Drive UAT strategy and performance monitoring, using data led insights to validate change, track KPIs, and inform future investment decisions. Significant experience working with product, financial operations, payments, lending, or related financial services platforms. Strong understanding of loan servicing, payment processing, settlement flows, reconciliations, and financial control environments. Proven ability to turn complex business, regulatory, and financial requirements into clear product deliverables and platform rules. Advanced analytical capability, with confidence interpreting complex data, understanding system interactions, and diagnosing multi system behaviour. A track record of influencing technology and operational teams to deliver cross functional outcomes at pace. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical detail into clear, accessible language. Solid knowledge of lending, payments, and consumer finance regulation, with an appreciation of associated compliance obligations.
