Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday Drive opportunities and leads into the sales team through supporting the CVM strategy for our existing Medium customer base. Delivers campaigns across CVM pillars of Cross-sell, Up-sell, Retention and works with the other specialists to keep track of performance and continually improve campaign targeting and engagement. Develop and manage monthly campaigns (email and sales outbound calling) to customers in line with Customer Value Management (CVM) priorities and commercial objectives. Analyse and report back on campaign performance and build optimised strategy recommendations. Organise and run training sessions with sales team to drive engagement and nurture relationship between CVM and Sales. Communication of campaign performance to CVM, segment trading and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies and a proven ability to generate leads and drive sales opportunities through targeted marketing efforts. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and passionate about delivering campaigns that enhance customer value and business growth. Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Small Business and SME segments (10-249 employees). Strong understanding of CVM principles, including Cross-sell, Up-sell, and Retention strategies. Ability to translate customer insights into effective campaign targeting and messaging. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction (NPS). Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams to optimize campaign performance. Analytical skills to monitor results and continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
