In this role, you\u2019ll lead Reporting within the Risk \u0026 Compliance team, using data, insight, smart tooling, and AI innovation to influence decision\u2011making at the highest levels. You\u2019ll make complex information simple, bring clarity to stakeholders, and help ensure our organisation meets its regulatory and governance commitments with confidence. \n \nIn this role, you will:\n\n * Lead the full Reporting agenda for the Risk \u0026 Compliance team\u2014both BAU and project-based.\n * Define and document reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.\n * Drive meaningful insight by partnering with key business leads to analyse KPIs, KRIs, trends, and performance indicators.\n * Build and deliver high-quality, timely reporting for senior leaders, executive committees, and the Board.\n * Create repeatable reporting solutions and ensure strong data quality across all reporting sources.\n * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and drive operational simplification.\n * Establish monthly, weekly, and ad\u2011hoc reporting rhythms\u2014consolidating complex data into clear, actionable insights.\n * Build and maintain Compliance KPIs, reporting suites, and dashboards for key stakeholders.\n * Manage the Compliance Rewards nomination process and provide associated reporting.\n * Lead the implementation of a new AI\u2011enabled workflow tool within Risk \u0026 Compliance.\n * Oversee and evolve the Risk \u0026 Compliance intranet presence, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and supports colleague self\u2011serve.\n * Own and update the Compliance Framework, working with leadership to ensure alignment and sign\u2011off.\n\n\n\n## \n\nWho you are \n \n\n\n * You\u2019ll be highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.\n * You\u2019ll bring hands\u2011on expertise in AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.\n * You\u2019ll have strong experience in process design, analysis, and operational simplification.\n * You\u2019ll have significant experience in senior risk, compliance, or governance roles\u2014ideally in regulated industries.\n * You\u2019ll understand compliance frameworks, governance principles, and regulatory obligations deeply.\n * You\u2019ll be confident producing clear, strategic reporting for senior leaders, committees, and Boards.\n * You\u2019ll excel at translating complex data into simple, compelling insights and communications.\n * You\u2019ll know how to embed governance processes and enable self\u2011serve capabilities through great intranet content.\n * You\u2019ll have a proven track record of leading high\u2011performing teams with clarity, direction, and accountability.\n * You\u2019ll be comfortable constructively challenging at senior levels and influencing strategic thinking.\n * You\u2019ll bring experience in records management, business continuity, and process optimisation.\n * You\u2019ll naturally adopt a customer\u2011first mindset, embrace change, and seek new possibilities.\n * You\u2019ll thrive in a collaborative, fast\u2011moving environment where innovation and experimentation are encouraged.\n\n\n\n \n \nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly? \nWe know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them.
