VodafoneThree - Specialist Engineer - NOC

This is a critical customer-facing position responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the customer's infrastructure. The role demands a high level of technical expertise, autonomy, and professionalism, especially in high-pressure environments. Provide expert-level support for the customer's critical infrastructure, ensuring service continuity and rapid issue resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents independently or collaboratively, adhering to SLA timelines. Operate and monitor services using dedicated Network Management Systems (NMS). Deliver proactive communication and updates to the customer during incidents and planned activities. Participate in a 24/7 6 weekly shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will have: Excellent customer relations skills Good communication skills Good knowledge of spreadsheet reporting/creation Experience in handling and working customer SLA's Experience in working to deadlines and working under pressure. Good problem solving skills CCNA is advantageous Must have experience in working on customer Switched networks Please note that SC clearance will be required for this role. Candidates must demonstrate UK residency fora minimum of 5 years to be eligible.
