Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:15 Working from our Test Lab in Stoke, you\u0027ll take the lead on planning, coordinating, and reporting all test activity. Your work helps ensure testing runs smoothly, is well\u2011organised, and supports high\u2011quality deployments with fewer defects. Be the first point of contact for all testing requests, making sure the scope, priority and requirements are clear from the start. Take the lead on planning and scheduling the full testing process \u2014 from UAT and CJT to DVT and daily sanity checks. Keep the test roadmap up to date and balance team capacity so we\u0027re set up to deliver on time. Share regular updates on testing progress, outcomes, risks and issues across key programmes and launches. Log and manage defects in the right IT systems, ensuring everything is clearly documented and moving forward. You are comfortable using defect management systems and understand how testing governance works. You bring strong organisational and analytical skills, and you\u0027re confident interpreting testing data, risks and dependencies. You enjoy working with cross\u2011functional teams, including IT, Release Management and Operations. You communicate clearly and can turn technical updates into simple, business\u2011friendly language. You have a good understanding of assisted\u2011channel journeys, operational processes and how changes impact our frontline teams.
