Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday This role leads transformation, innovation, and value realization across ND\u0026I, ensuring measurable impact aligned to ND\u0026I and wider Networks strategy. It governs operating model integration, capability uplift, and business value realization, while enabling adoption of CSI, Process, Data, and Tooling outputs without owning their execution. Ensure new processes, tools, and Ways of Working are understood, embedded, and sustained across ND\u0026I. Work with key stakeholders and wider enterprise to shape high-value opportunities and ensure they have clear path to delivery. Work with HR to establish long-term capability pathways. Ensure ND\u0026I domain leads are accountable for adoption, measurable improvement, and sustained value delivery. Own the ND\u0026I transformation roadmap and delivery governance Lead the design-to-adoption of a unified ND\u0026I operating model, ensuring legacy ways of working converge and are consistently applied across all domains Lead alignment across all ND\u0026I domains and with cross-functional teams (IT, OSS, commercial, etc.), external partners and vendors, joint ventures to ensure transformation initiatives are integrated, scalable, and future-ready. This role requires a proven transformation leader capable of driving large\u2011scale change across complex telecoms environments, particularly within network deployment and operations. The ideal candidate will have a track record of designing and integrating cross\u2011domain operating models\u2014often in the context of mergers, joint ventures, or major organisational shifts. They bring deep expertise in organisational design, capability uplift, and behavioural change management, paired with strong commercial acumen in building business cases, delivering Opex efficiencies, and tracking financial benefits with precision. To succeed, the individual must be highly skilled at influencing across senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and specialist groups such as process, AI, data, and automation. They will be adept at governing transformation delivery and ensuring measurable value realisation across multiple domains. Operating comfortably in ambiguity, they simplify complex strategic narratives, create clarity for leaders, and continuously steer the organisation toward adoption of new ways of working and real, demonstrable business outcomes.
