About the RoleAn established construction and property services company is seeking a proactive and organised Voids Administrator to join its team based in Harold Wood.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in repairs, maintenance, or voids administration to play a key role in the successful delivery of refurbishment projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating works, supporting operational teams, and ensuring void properties are turned around efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate void refurbishment works, allocating operatives and subcontractors efficiently. Monitor job progress to ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). Liaise with operatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Raise, update, and manage work orders, job variations, and scheduling information using repairs management systems. Manage operatives' diaries and workloads, resolving scheduling conflicts where required. Maintain accurate records of job progress, contractor performance, and completed works. Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and health and safety requirements. Provide administrative support to the operations team, including reporting and general coordination. Help deliver an efficient, high-quality voids service, reducing property turnaround times.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within a repairs, maintenance, scheduling, or voids administration role. Experience within social housing, construction, property services, or a similar environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Strong IT skills and experience using scheduling or repairs management systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service. High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer Salary of £28,000 per annum. Monday to Friday working hours.
