Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your skills shape the homes of thousands?We're seeking a dynamic and driven Void Supervisor to oversee responsive repairs and void works across a key housing maintenance contract in the South of England.

About the RoleYou'll lead the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and void preparation, managing service partners and subcontractors to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, you'll monitor performance, drive efficiency, and ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience supervising housing repairs and maintenance
• Experience managing contractors and service partners
• HNC or equivalent in a technical or trade-related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Schedule of Rates, compliance, and contract management
• Proficiency in digital systems and excellent communication skills
