Job Description - Voids Supervisor

I am looking for a Voids Supervisor for a social housing provider in Bedford. This work will entail overseeing the refurbishments on empty properties to get them back to a lettable standard

Voids Supervisor duties:
  • Manage up to 12 tradesmen to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service
  • The Voids Supervisor will support the Head of Voids to lead, manage and develop the maintenance function for void properties
  • Ensure that the quality of work undertaken meets the required technical and performance standards
  • Carry out regular onsite assessments and tool box talks

Voids Supervisor Requirements:
  • Management and proven track record of delivering high quality repairs and maintenance services
  • Experience working within void properties
  • Social housing experience
  • Ideally to have a trades background

In return, the Voids Supervisor will receive:
  • £38,000 salary
  • Company Van and Fuel Card
  • 28 days holiday + Bank holiday
  • Buy/Sell holiday scheme
