Job Description - Voids Supervisor

I am looking for a Voids Supervisor for a social housing provider in Bedford. This work will entail overseeing the refurbishments on empty properties to get them back to a lettable standard

Voids Supervisor duties:

Manage up to 12 tradesmen to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service
The Voids Supervisor will support the Head of Voids to lead, manage and develop the maintenance function for void properties
Ensure that the quality of work undertaken meets the required technical and performance standards
Carry out regular onsite assessments and tool box talks

Voids Supervisor Requirements:

Management and proven track record of delivering high quality repairs and maintenance services
Experience working within void properties
Social housing experience
Ideally to have a trades background

In return, the Voids Supervisor will receive:

£38,000 salary
Company Van and Fuel Card
28 days holiday + Bank holiday
Buy/Sell holiday scheme
