A growing property services contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Voids Supervisor to join its team based in Shepperton .
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a strong background in social housing voids to oversee the delivery of refurbishment and turnaround works, ensuring properties are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day void property refurbishment programmes.
Supervising operatives and subcontractors across multiple projects.
Monitoring quality, progress, and performance on site.
Ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and budgets.
Liaising with clients, residents, and internal stakeholders.
Conducting site inspections and maintaining health & safety compliance.
Managing materials, labour resources, and project schedules.
Ensuring works are delivered in line with the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates.Requirements

Previous experience working within social housing voids is essential.
Strong understanding of the National Housing Federation (NHF) Schedule of Rates.
Proven supervisory experience within planned maintenance, repairs, or voids environments.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence.What's on Offer?
