Key duties

• Key involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across all subsectors
• Leading in the preparation of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community
• Playing an active role in the execution of mandates, taking increasing responsibilities on key workstreams and deliverables
• Commercially aware and able to acts as client interface at senior level
• Excellent communication skills; impactful, and able to articulate complex issues in written and oral communication

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• M&A experience accrued within a top investment bank or boutique, potentially from a sector team, specialist M&A group or country team
• Sector experience across Industrials is advantageous
• Detailed knowledge of valuation techniques, due diligence, documentation, and in executing debt, equity and M&A transactions
