Job Description - VP of Product - SaaS

VP of Product - B2B
Vienna / Austria Remote

We’re looking for a strategic, VP of Product to play a central role in shaping the future of a well-established B2B SaaS company.
You'll work closely with the CEO and CTO to drive meaningful business growth and help scale the product organisation over the next 3–5 years.

What you’ll do

Define and drive a product strategy that aligns with customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
Lead end-to-end product development—from discovery and research through to launch—across multiple teams, focusing on impact and ROI.
Spot and validate opportunities to apply data and AI through user insight, market research, and internal analysis.
Champion a product-led culture rooted in collaboration, customer-centricity, and outcomes.
Develop and execute an ecosystem strategy that leverages network effects to boost engagement and acquisition.
Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a high-performing and continuously learning team culture.

What you’ll ideally bring

8+ years in modern product management, with deep experience in B2B SaaS or PaaS product companies.
Strong leadership presence and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
Hands-on approach—you’re comfortable engaging directly with customers and leading from the front.
Excellent commercial acumen and a strong sense for balancing product value with business outcomes.
Native-level fluency in English or German is ESSENTIAL
