A unique opportunity to step into a second-line Operational Risk leadership role within a globally active wholesale banking environment. This is your chance to shape risk oversight for UK legal entities and ensure governance and risk frameworks align with both regional and enterprise-level expectations.

As Vice President, Operational Risk Management, you’ll support the regional Head of ORM in executing oversight, embedding frameworks, and delivering strategic risk insights. This role spans a broad spectrum of risk categories, engaging with stakeholders across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in Risk & Control, including 3+ years in second-line Operational Risk Management
  • Deep familiarity with wholesale banking regulatory frameworks, operational risk tools, and corporate governance practices
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with a passion for building a strong risk culture
