VP - Project Manager

Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for a hands-on Operations Project Manager to join their London team permanently. This role will lead end-to-end delivery of complex change projects, including the setup of a new EU legal entity. Strong operations project delivery experience within investment banking is essential, and derivatives knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Operations-related change projects, both IT and non-IT
• Support the setup and integration of a new EU legal entity to drive strategic business growth
• Ensure governance, cost control, and alignment to project delivery frameworks
• Engage stakeholders, manage third-party vendors, and support steering committees

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience delivering Operations change projects in investment banking
• Strong understanding of legal entity structure and implementation
• In-depth product knowledge of derivatives (IRD, FX Swaps/Fwds, FX Options)
• Experience in payments is preferred
• Solid track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in investment banking
