• Provide impeccable and personalized service to guests in accordance with fine dining standards
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail
• Provide recommendations and assist guests in choosing menu items
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Engage guests in interactive dining experiences while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service procedures
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
