Key responsibilities

As part of the hotel's food and beverage team, your duties will include:

Providing friendly and professional service to hotel guests.
Serving food and drinks across restaurant and bar areas.
Taking orders and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Setting up and clearing tables, keeping service areas clean and tidy.
Supporting the team during busy service periods.
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety.

Previous experience in waiting, bar work or a similar hospitality role.
Good communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work well in a busy environment.
