As a Wake Night Mental Health Support Worker, you'll provide reassurance, safety and support during the hours when people may feel most vulnerable. Some nights are calm, involving regular welfare checks, record keeping and helping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment. Other nights may require you to respond to distress, anxiety or unexpected situations with patience, resilience and a calm approach.
You'll be there to listen without judgement, offer reassurance when it's needed most, promote independence and ensure the people you support feel safe and cared for throughout the night. Every shift is an opportunity to build trust, provide comfort and make a meaningful difference. đź’™
