We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ICT Technician to join the team at a well-established school in Hillingdon on a part-time basis.

About the Role:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of ICT equipment and fostering a positive learning environment.


• Maintain and troubleshoot a range of ICT hardware and software, including computers, tablets, networks, and learning applications.


• Assist with the development and implementation of the school's ICT strategy, aligning it with the evolving needs of the school community.


• Work collaboratively with the ICT team and other departments to integrate technology effectively across the curriculum.


• Proactively identify and resolve IT issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operation.

• Possess a strong understanding of ICT hardware, software, and network systems.


• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think on your feet and explain technical concepts clearly.
