Job Description - Ward Manager / RMN

We are recruiting for a Ward Manager / RMN to lead the nursing team on a low secure hospital.

• Leading by example supervise the team to deliver great care and empower recovery

• Manager on call service and budgets

• Create a positive learning environment

• Clinical leadership and expertise

Requirements

About you

• NMC registration

• Previous experience as a senior nurse looking for progression to management or an existing ward manager looking for a new challenge

• Experience working within mental health (public or private sector)

• You will have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
