Warehouse Admin/ Customer Service Part-time

Overview

* Tus-Wed 9:30-18:00

We are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Support Staff member to support daily warehouse operations and administrative activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth operational flow, supporting inventory processes, and assisting with warehouse coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage recycling arrangements, collections, and related documentation

* Complete administrative paperwork and handle email communications

* Prepare and maintain daily warehouse reports

* Conduct reverse responsibility checks and data collection

* Complete and update reverse process sheets

* Monitor and maintain bulky consumables inventory

* Liaise with 2B and RTV contacts as required

* Set up and manage printers and outbound account systems

* Receive and coordinate inbound vehicle arrivals (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM)

* Provide general operational and warehouse support

* Assist with manual handling and lifting tasks within the warehouse

Requirements

* Strong computer and administrative skills

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to perform manual lifting and physical warehouse duties

* Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently

* Must have a strong and consistent attendance record

* Experience in warehouse operations or logistics support

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
