Warehouse Administrator

Genesis Employment Services is looking for a friendly, organised and confident Warehouse Administrator to join our team at one of our major client sites in Coventry.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration but doesn't want to spend their entire working day sitting behind a desk.

You'll be working in a busy warehouse environment, supporting the day-to-day running of our temporary workforce and getting to know the people working on site.

What will you be doing?

* Keeping attendance and worker records up to date

* Checking staff clockings and hours

* Helping with new starter paperwork and inductions

* Speaking with temporary workers and answering everyday queries

* Keeping track of holidays, absence and lateness

* Updating spreadsheets and internal systems

* Preparing basic workforce reports

* Liaising with warehouse supervisors and managers

* Helping organise workers for upcoming shifts

* Communicating with our recruitment team at the Genesis office

* Making sure workers have the information they need

* Supporting the general day-to-day administration of the site

We are looking for:

* Have administration or customer service experience

* Are organised and comfortable using computers

* Enjoy working with people

* Have good communication skills

* Can confidently speak to different types of people

* Like working in a busy environment

* Are reliable and able to manage your own workload

Full training will be provided
