Warehouse Administrator

An experienced Warehouse Administrator is required to join a busy warehouse team in Elland. This full time and permanent role offers a variety of tasks and challenges to ensure flawless processing of warehouse requirements from creating pick sheets, through to checking orders, resolving discrepancies and liaising with various departments. You will also need to liaise with third party hauliers and ensure best delivery options are achieved inline with sales order and costs.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Checking schedules and details to ensure accurate and timely dispatch process and documentation.

* Liaising with departments and team, and third party hauliers to ensure any discrepancies are managed

* Checking orders before dispatch and creating accurate delivery notes and labels

* Printing job pick sheets for warehouse team

* General administration and management of inbox and warehouse phone

* Monitoring and recording stock allocation

* Administration for bi-annual stock take

* Helping customers/delivery drivers with their orders

You will have:

* Outstanding organisational skills and be highly accurate

* Strong communication skills to liaise with all departments and suppliers

* Experience in a busy goods in or goods out operation, ideally within a warehouse.

* Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience whether bespoke, Dynamics, SAGE, SAP or AS400.

The hours of work are 42 hours per week. 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-3:15pm Friday
