Location: Runcorn, WA7
Pay: £12.71-£13.21/hr
Hours: 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00 rotating
Days: 4-on-4-off
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Runcorn. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing warehouse administration tasks accurately and efficiently
* Updating and maintaining stock and inventory records
* Booking goods in and out using warehouse management systems
* Preparing and processing shipping and delivery documentation
* Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with warehouse operatives, transport teams and customers
* Supporting stock control and inventory activities
* Assisting with general administrative duties as required
* Maintaining a professional and organised working environment
Requirements
* Previous experience in a warehouse administration role
* Strong data entry and IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
* Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
