Warehouse Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and well-established operation. This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day warehouse activity with a strong administrative focus.

The Role

Working closely with the wider warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring goods, stock and documentation are accurately managed while supporting the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse.

Your responsibilities will include:

Checking goods in and out of the warehouse and ensuring all paperwork is accurate.

Maintaining accurate stock records and updating internal systems.

*

Processing and maintaining warehouse documentation.

*

Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring stock is correctly recorded and controlled.

Assisting with quality checks and maintaining relevant quality records.

*

Supporting Health & Safety procedures and ensuring warehouse processes are followed correctly.

Identifying and reporting any discrepancies, issues or non-conformances.

*

Helping to maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

*

Taking on additional quality and Health & Safety responsibilities as the role develops.

About You

The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a busy warehouse environment. You should be comfortable balancing practical warehouse responsibilities with administration and confident using computer systems.

Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, stock control or administration environment would be advantageous, although the most important qualities are a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.
