Warehouse Administrator

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Administrator to join our Client based in Corby.
Shift:
Any 5 out of 7 Days 06.00am - 14.00pm / 14.00pm - 22.00pm - rotating
Pay rates : 12.05£ AM shift and 12.43£ PM shift
You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining, coordinating shipments, and supporting the overall logistics process.

have administration experience

good knowledge of English
ability to liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally
Responsibilities :
answering customer queries
managing WMS database and schedules with no effect to the service levels and stock integrity
scanning and dispatching orders
managing all stock movement documentation, in line with agreed process and procedures
timely receipt and dispatch of stock orders, maintaining accurate records
adhering to compliance with Health & Safety requirements in all aspects of the warehousing operation
supporting Operations to improve Stock Integrity
data entry onto in-house system
providing general administration support as required to aid the efficient running of operations
email communication between distribution centre, operations and contact centre
