Job Vacancy: Warehouse & Delivery Operative – Short-Term Assignment
Location: Working Estate Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Contract: Short-term / Temporary
 
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Operative to join a busy working estate on a short-term basis.
The role involves receiving orders from the estate's shops, hotel and butchers, picking and preparing stock in the warehouse, and ensuring goods are delivered to the correct locations across the estate.
 
Key Responsibilities

Receiving and processing orders from the estate's shops, hotel and butchers.
Picking and preparing the required stock from the warehouse.
Organising and stacking orders onto pallets, ensuring goods are secure and ready for dispatch.
Moving pallets and stock safely around the warehouse.
Loading delivery vans with the correct orders.
Delivering goods to various locations across the estate.
Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.About You

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Well organised with good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Previous warehouse or delivery experience would be beneficial but is not essential.Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (subject to confirmation).
This is a short-term opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse work, order picking and deliveries across a busy working estate
