Role: Warehouse and Dispatch Manager
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum

Our client is a leading company in the FMCG sector and is now looking for a talented Warehouse Manager and Dispatch Manager. The role is to manage all aspects of the warehouse including Goods In, Stocktaking, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Returns and Dispatch.

They require a hands on style to lead from the front, bringing energy and experience to deliver required improvements to people and process performance.

Key Responsibilities include:
* To lead and manage all direct reports to deliver customer daily orders in the most cost-effective manner.
* To develop a Continuous Improvement culture to improve warehouse performance efficiencies.
* To drive KPI's in your team for health and safety, quality, customer service, labour and materials.
* Through direct reports, ensure that all functional requirements and SLA's are fully completed and conformed to.
* Develop relationships and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure stock is available.
* Ensure training within your team is completed to health and safety standards and company procedures.
* Ensure that the WMS system is fully utilised and information is maintained in line with company procedures with up to date / accurate stock count.
* Part of implementation of new ERP system in the business.

Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a Warehouse Manager position in the FMCG sector.
* A hands on leader that will lead from the front on the factory floor.
* Capable of delivering excellent Health & Safety standards.
* Experience with WMS systems / ERP systems and utilising them effectively
* Strong communication and leadership skills to build a strong rapport with your team and deliver a high level of performance.
