Are you an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Manager who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? Do you lead with a can-do attitude and enjoy being on the ground with your team? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re a leading name in the cleaning and hygiene industry, and we’re looking for a driven and reliable individual to join our growing team at our Castle Donnington site. You’ll be part of a supportive management team of three and play a key role in the day-to-day success of our warehouse operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a team of 8 warehouse staff, providing daily leadership and motivation
• Handling disciplinaries, return-to-work meetings, and holiday planning
• Overseeing goods in, dispatch, and overall warehouse organisation
• Setting and tracking KPIs and managing your own operational budget
• Playing a hands-on role - this isn’t a desk job, and you’ll be active on the floor
• Working closely with our values-driven management team, who are caring, focused, and progressive

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• Someone who enjoys managing people and is confident making decisions
• A proactive, can-do mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations
