Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday

Our client is now looking to grow their UK operations by setting up a Warehousing & Distribution hub in the Deeside are, and are now looking for a dynamic Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead their logistics function in Deeside. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a growing business from the ground up.

As the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our client's daily operations. Your day will be split between:

• AM: Warehouse Operations
  
  Oversee all warehousing activities including goods-in, stock control & reporting and inventory accuracy

• PM: Delivery & Distribution
  
  Coordinate and manage outbound logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers

• Lead and develop a small but growing warehouse team
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and systems
• Manage stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy
• Plan and oversee daily delivery schedules and routes
• Liaise with transport partners and internal teams to ensure smooth distribution
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards

• Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
