The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of 25, managing the logistics process from raw materials in, to successful despatch on time and in full, encompassing: warehousing (manual & automated), supporting manufacturing, pick, pack, despatch of finished goods via national & International carriers, your key task will be to review all the current operations, systems, processes and people, introducing change that improves efficiency and productivity in a very successful and profitable business.

You

A hands-on Warehousing and Logistics professional, with experience of supporting fast moving, customer focused manufacturing and logistics operations.

Track record of continuous improvement, introducing positive change, creating lean and customer focused operations.
Inspirational team player and leader.
