Family run same day courier company are expanding their team and are looking for someone organised, proactive and practical to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, logistics or e-commerce experience who is ready for a bit more responsibility and wants to make their mark.

Don't worry, this isn't about managing a huge team or spending your days in meetings! It's about making sure the warehouse runs like clockwork (or at least as close to clockwork as a warehouse gets!).

What you'll be doing:

* Keeping the warehouse organised, tidy and running smoothly.

* Making sure goods in and goods out are handled efficiently.

* Managing stock records and keeping on top of stock movements.

* Making the best use of available warehouse space.

* Coordinating deliveries, collections and dispatch.

* Handling paperwork, invoicing and general administration.

* Supporting e-commerce orders and fulfilment.

* Spotting ways to improve processes and make life easier for everyone.

* Making sure nothing gets lost, forgotten or ends up in the wrong place!

What we're looking for:

* Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
Experience in using Mintsoft

* Ideally some e-commerce experience.

* Good organisational and administration skills.

* Comfortable using computer systems and dealing with paperwork.

* Someone who takes pride in getting things right.

* Happy to roll their sleeves up, use their initiative and get things done.

* Someone who enjoys taking ownership without necessarily wanting to manage a team.
