Job Description - Warehouse and Logistics Operative

We are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the building materials sector is seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Logistics Operative to support their sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and processing product sample requests to meet daily production targets.
Carrying out slip cutting and special shape preparation at docks.
Coordinating orders of third-party materials and managing stock levels.
Handling the correct packing and shipment of finished sample panels and marketing materials.
Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation related to production.
Supporting the storage and organisation of exhibition stands and displays.
Ensuring compliance with HSE and internal quality procedures.
Communicating regularly with the internal sales team regarding sample requests and logistics.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse support role.
Valid RTITB Forklift Counterbalance Certificate is ideal.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and order processing tools.
Ability to work systematically, follow procedures, and maintain high attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
