Warehouse & Maintenance electrical

Our client is looking for a hands-on, dual-function role combining warehouse duties with technical support for a growing, international company.  You’ll support both customers and internal teams, balancing repairs and inspections with warehouse logistics and product assembly.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• Experience in technical maintenance, service, or systems repair
• Working knowledge of plumbing and/or electrics is a plus
• Able to work independently and handle a varied workload
• Comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities
• Proficient with digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Holds a valid UK driving licence – travel for customer visits is essential

Within this position, you’ll also be:

Warehouse Operations

• Receive deliveries, plan storage, and organise warehouse space
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, including assembly of portable units
• Prepare goods for shipping: packaging, labelling, and loading
• Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts
• Check outgoing goods against invoices and report damages when necessary
• Liaise with departments, especially sales, to ensure seamless operations

Technical Support

• Provide technical advice to both internal teams and external customers
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues and support improvements
• Conduct maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Support the sales team with technical input and queries
• Visit customers for on-site repairs and troubleshooting

Working hours and Salary

• Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
• £28,800 per annum
