Location: Fareham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for reliable and hard-working Warehouse & Production staff to join our busy team in Fareham. This is a hands-on, physically active role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prefers to stay on the move throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual handling and heavy lifting of bulk products
• Picking and packing orders accurately using a scan-to-pick system
• Loading and unloading goods — managing up to 80-100 pallets per day
• Pallet movements in and out of storage
• General warehouse duties to support the production and dispatch process
• Operating a Counterbalance or Flexi FLT (when needed — not a seated role all day)

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance or Flexi Forklift License
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
• Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for most of the day
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
