Location: Wokingham
Contract Type: Permanent, £12.91ph, 35h/week
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600 and / or 0900 to 1700 with 1-hour unpaid lunch

Our client, a leading organisation in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a cheerful and dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join their operations team! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse while ensuring our products reach customers in the UK and Europe.

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in the operations department, reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Packing: Prepare customer watch orders to meet specific requirements for all brands.
• Picking: Efficiently gather items for all orders.
• Despatching: Ensure timely despatch of orders to customers in the UK and Europe.
• Receiving Goods: Handle incoming goods including watches and promotional items.
• Inventory Management: Conduct monthly stock counts and manage inventory replenishment.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and tidy.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Picking and packing orders, including boxing up watches and labelling.
• Managing the despatch process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Receiving goods and conducting inventory checks.
• Carrying out general tidying and maintenance of the warehouse.

What We're Looking For:
While there's no essential experience required for this role, having previous warehouse or production room experience would be a plus. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, as well as health and safety certifications (First Aid, Fire Marshall, or Fork Truck training), would be beneficial!
